Dr. Grady Blackwood, Clinical Psychologist and Director
Dr. Blackwood has 30 years of experience in private clinical practice in Oklahoma and California. He conducts most of our individual and group therapy sessions and performs all mental health evaluations and assessments. In his role as clinical director, he supervises our mental health staff. Dr. Blackwood earned his doctoral degree from Vanderbilt University.
Dr. JM Smith, Consultant
Dr. Smith has 20 years of experience in research, education, and consulting in the areas of work, family, and organizational culture with Fortune 500 companies, state government, and non-profits. She is a lecturer at Penn State University where she teaches classes in work, occupations, and family. Dr. Smith earned her doctoral degree from the University of Oklahoma.
